As a Growth Marketer at inStryde, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven marketing campaigns. Your main focus will be on experimenting with various growth strategies and tactics to identify what works best for our business. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify and optimize conversion points in the customer journey, as well as with the sales team to identify opportunities for lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a growth roadmap that includes a mix of paid and organic marketing tactics
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g. website analytics, social media metrics, customer feedback) to identify opportunities for growth and inform marketing strategies
- Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics to drive user acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize conversion points in the customer journey
- Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for lead generation and customer acquisition
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g. social media, email, paid advertising)
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum ROI
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
- Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and engagement through data-driven marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track and analyze marketing performance
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and a proven ability to collaborate effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
