We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing startup team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources (e.g. customer data, market research, financial data, etc.)
• Use statistical techniques and software to identify trends and patterns in data
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with team members and departments to identify data needs and goals
• Continuously update and improve data analysis processes and tools
• Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, statistics, math, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g. Excel, R, Python, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is a plus
